C2T’S RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY:
(FOR NEW INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS, BRANDED SYSTEMS, PERIPHERALS, CABLES AND OTHER ITEMS SOLD BY C2T. NOTE: C2T MANUFACTURED SYSTEMS ARE COVERED BY A SEPARATE WARRANTY)

PLEASE NOTE: ESD sensitive items such as mainboards, video cards, RAM modules…etc. purchase from but not installed by C2T are MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ONLY. Purchaser takes sole responsibility for their level of expertise, ESD procedure and knowledge and assumes sole responsibility for same. C2T offers professional installation services for a fee.

TERMS OF SALE
Due to the highly technical nature of the products sold by C2T, we can not be responsible for incorrect choices made by customers. Our return policy is very strict! Make sure you choose the correct products.

Answers provided by C2T staff are based upon the information provided by you. As such, our answers are not guaranteed. C2T offers professional consulting and installation services for the products we sell. We charge for these services.

C2T does NOT warranty for purpose.

Your purchase from C2T signifies you agree to our terms and accept sole responsibility for your purchase decisions.

1. Please note: not all items are covered by this return policy. Some manufacturers such as ACER, HEWLETT PACKARD, DELL, GATEWAY, LENOVO AND IBM AS WELL AS OTHERS require that their warranty issues be handled directly between the end user and them and C2T does not offer any warranty, return or credit for those manufacturers or their items. Some exceptions may apply for DOA items at C2T’s discretion.
2. Items damaged by improper installation, operation, handling or by other defective products outside the control of C2T cannot be returned. C2T is the sole determining entity in this matter. C2T may require you provide technical detail concerning your installation procedures to confirm item(s) were installed correctly following established ESD and safe handling procedures. If you are unsure what you are doing, have C2T install for you.
3. DOA products may be returned for replacement only. Replacement requires testing of product by C2T. Items found not to be defective or to be damaged by improper handling or installation will be assessed standard labor charges for testing and return/replacement will be refused . (Testing may take 6 to 8 business days.)
4. All DOA product requires C2T be notified within 72 hours (3 business days) of invoice date/time to request an RMA. An RMA number will be issued at that time. After notification, product must be presented to C2T for testing within 5 BUSINESS days of the RMA date/time or the return will be refused. Thereafter, all sales are final.
5. Returned items require an original or copy of original invoice or no return will be accepted PERIOD.
6. During the DOA warranty period C2T will replace item with the same or like product, store credit may be issued at the manager’s discretion should a like product not be available for customer within 14 days after product is confirmed for replacement by C2T.
7. All returns must be in original factory cartons/packaging with all original packing materials in new or like new condition or replacement, credit or refund will be refused.
8. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included and in new or like new condition or replacement, credit or refund will be refused.
9. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid or returned to store at customer’s expense. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
10. All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise noted.
11. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
12. Items installed by C2T are covered by a different warranty/return policy.
13. C2T sells products which are warrantied by their respective manufacturers. Our DOA policy is a value added service we offer our customers which may be terminated, refused or discontinued at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of C2T, it’s management or it’s authorized employees.

GENERAL POLICIES: NOTE: C2T MANUFACTURED SYSTEMS ARE COVERED BY A SEPARATE WARRANTY.
*Special order items are not returnable.
*No return on MAINBOARDS, CPUs & POWER SUPPLIES not installed by C2T. These items are designed for professional installation only. VIDEO CARDS ARE LIKE REPLACEMENT ONLY.
*No returns on printers. Printers are manufacturer’s warranty only.
No returns on Software for any reason, PERIOD.
All items marked “clearance” will not be accepted for return.
All items marked “sale” may be returned under the standard return policy.
All credits, should C2T choose to do so, will be made back to the original payment method whenever possible and may take up to 3 business days to process.
C2T will not be held responsible for you ordering/purchasing the wrong product(s). When Applicable, A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on non-defective items returned to C2T. Original invoice and C2T inspection is required.
All non-defective returns refused unless approved by the manager in advance.
