WHEN BRINGING SYSTEMS IN FOR SERVICE:

DESKTOPS: IN MOST CIRCUMSTANCES, UNLESS THEY ARE PART OF YOUR SYSTEM’S ISSUE, YOU NEED NOT BRING THE KEYBOARD, MOUSE OR MONITOR.  ONLY SYSTEMS WITH A “BRICK” or “LAPTOP” STYLE AC ADAPTER NEED TO BRING IN A POWER CORD.

NOTEBOOKS: YOU SHOULD ALWAYS PRESENT YOUR NOTEBOOK WITH BOTH THE BATTERY AND THE AC ADAPTER.

PRINTERS: PRINTERS SHOULD INCLUDE THE POWER ADAPTER AND THE INK/TONER CARTRIDGES.

Systems can be dropped off for service at any time during normal business hours and will, generally, be repaired on a first-come, first-served basis. We do have an expedited service rate for those who need systems worked on sooner. We do not set appointments for service.  We do, however, try to get systems completed and returned as quickly as we can.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM C2T IF YOUR SYSTEM IS OR MAY BE, UNDER WARRANTY. C2T TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR VOIDED WARRANTIES DUE TO THE CUSTOMER’S FAILURE TO INFORM US OF WARRANTY STATUS. C2T CHARGES FOR THE TIME WE SPEND RELATED TO A REPAIR REQUEST BY A CUSTOMER, UNLESS SYSTEM IS COVERED BY A C2T WARRANTY (ONLY AVAILABLE WITH C2T BRAND SYSTEMS).
